Following her show, Victoria will present a two-hour workshop, "Wilderness Tips for the Comeback Trail: Reclaiming Joy and Balance." Victoria offers simple yet effective tools to help individuals move forward on their mental health recovery journey. Victoria will discuss barriers to seeking help for mental health issues, and identify and challenge the stigmas individuals, family members and professionals hold regarding mental illness. The workshop includes opportunities for questions and discussion with Victoria.
